The game produces no sound at all for me

Who do I need to talk to, or what do I need to do in order to jump in and start overhauling this Wiki? I love this game, and I just finished my school course on HTML and such, so I feel I could actually be useful, but I don't know what needs to happen to start that, given it looks like this Wiki is fairly inactive.

All mods and admins are offline and this wiki could be improved. My question is why is there so many useful pages that are deleted?

Hi everyone, I would like to start by saying I am sorry for not being on the wiki. I am still continuing my adoption of the wiki, and plan to adopt it within a week. Below are some of my ideas if I become an admin/bureaucrat:

Wiki Rules: If you have kept up with Community Central's blog posts, you will know that we require a Wiki Rules. I will create this page and manage any violating users immediately.

CSS Improvements: On top of Wiki Rules, I will attempt to add some special media CSS to make this wiki really pop out.

Staff Improvements: The current staff are not active, so I strive to promote other staff and maintain a healthy wiki.

I'm thinking of adopting this wiki to gain bureaucrat and admin rights. Since most of the pages have been locked/protected, and I seem to be the only one who is editing this wiki recently, I will attempt to adopt this wiki.
