Medals are used to unlock the Legendary Super Managers.
They are awarded when you complete the Impossible Island mines within a certain time.
Each mine has a maximum of three medals, and you can replay the mines to obtain all three.

- Dark Passage -- 5 Bronze Keys & 1 Silver Key
- Dangerous Passage -- 6 Bronze Keys & 2 Silver Keys
- Impossible Passage -- 7 Bronze Keys & 3 Silver Keys
- Dark Gateway -- 9 Bronze Keys, 5 Silver Keys & 1 Gold Keys
- Dangerous Gateway -- 10 Bronze Keys, 6 Silver Keys & 2 Gold Keys
